Martin at Hedian and his team replaced my bathroom and fitted new bespoke wardrobes in my home a year ago and I’m thrilled with the work they did. Every person involved was friendly and professional at all times and I was happy to leave them to work unattended whilst I was at work.

We approached Martin Curno at Hedian Ltd when we decided to make some structural changes inside our house, as he had already successfully helped us to board up our loft and put decking in the garden. Martin project managed the work to
- produce open plan living downstairs (by taking out a structural wall and a chimney breast), and
- move the boiler and hot-water cylinder out of our spare bedroom and into the loft (this also involved removing the rest of the chimney breast and a fitted wardrobe)
The work required a number of different tradesmen – builders, a carpenter, a plasterer, decorators, a floorer and plumbers. All of the tradesmen that Martin found for us were highly professional, did a good job and were pleasant company while in our house.
The final product is amazing; I sometimes find it hard to believe it is the same house. We now have a clean and simple open plan area downstairs, incorporating the living room, dining room and a new fitted kitchen. The quality of the work and materials shows. Upstairs our spare bedroom is bright and airy, a lovely contrast from the dark, cramped room it used to be. With the new combi-boiler in the loft, the room is cool and a more pleasant place to sleep in.
I would recommend Martin and his team for small and large DIY/building jobs around your home.

Being the Caretaker of a village hall, I do not have the final say on the company that completes any work in the hall or in my house that is attached. But, I must say that I have been thrilled with the work that Hedian have done not just for the quality, which is superb but for the service I received before, during and after.
From the moment that Hedian won the job, Martin was in contact keeping me informed at all stages. We booked a start date which was kept to, Martin told me exactly who was coming to my house so I knew who to expect, Martin visited during the work to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions that I had and finally, checked once the work was completed to make sure I was happy with the results.
The work that has been completed in the Village Hall and my house has been of the best quality and, as the buildings are very old and continuingly needing upkeep, I would be happy to use Hedian again and recommend them at anytime.

I engaged Martin Curno as Project Manager for the renovation of my flat. The work required a complete refurbishment including re-wiring, installation of new central heating, a new kitchen and bathrooms. The work was time pressured as there was a window in which the work had to be completed in between moving from an old property to this new property.
Martin sourced and liaised with the various contractors and tradesmen and I was very happy with Martin’s conduct of the project; a great deal of stress and worry was taken out of my hands.
I have been very pleased with the work undertaken. Throughout the project there was full liaison with me and it was completed within the agreed timescale and as per the agreed budget.
I would be pleased to recommend Martin for project management and would use him again with any further property projects I may undertake.
