This property in High Wycombe had been completely neglected for many years. Hedian Limited completely renovated it in eight weeks. As well as the descriptions of work carried out given below each picture the house was completely rewired and a new gas supply run to the property followed by a new central heating system, new bathroom and kitchen.

The two unsafe chimneys were removed and the roof repaired. New double glazed windows and doors were fitted throughout. The driveway was resurfaced and the lawn relaid.

The driveway has been resurfaced and edged with brick, the lawn relaid, and the broken wall replaced with fencing to tidy up an untidy front garden.
Side access cleared and redefined with decking strip above small dwarf wall, weedproof membrane to cover the bare soil and then covered with shingle.

The old kitchen was removed as was the wall between the old kitchen and dining room. The new kitchen was then designed to fit the new shaped kitchen/diner.
